STA7US Additional Terms
1. What this is about
The STA7US app is governed by Apple’s standard license agreement for App Store apps (“Licensed Application End User License Agreement”, apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). These additional terms supplement it. Where they conflict with it, Apple’s license agreement prevails.

2. What STA7US is
STA7US builds you a daily protocol of tasks and measures how consistently you complete it. The content is general guidance on training, grooming, sleep, breathing and habits. It is not medical, psychological or any other professional advice.
3. Subscription
- STA7US is available as a monthly and as a yearly subscription.
- The price is the one the App Store shows you before you buy.
- Purchase and payment run through your Apple Account. You make the purchase with Apple.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings: tap your name at the top, then “Subscriptions”. In the app, “Manage subscription” takes you straight there. After cancelling, you can use STA7US until the end of the paid period.
- If the price of an active subscription changes, Apple informs you in advance under its rules.
4. Free trial
If the App Store shows you a free trial before you buy, it lasts for the period shown there. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts at the price shown. Apple decides whether you are eligible for a trial, usually once per Apple Account.
5. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds are handled by Apple, for example via reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s rules apply. Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, exist towards Apple as the seller and remain unaffected.
6. Your subscription on several devices
The subscription is tied to your Apple Account. On a new iPhone, you get it back with “Restore purchases”, on the paywall or in Settings. For now, a subscription applies to the device on which you last bought or restored it.
7. Your data in the app
Your protocol, streak, history, photos and measurements are stored only on your iPhone. We keep no copy and no backup. If you delete the app, choose “Start over” or delete your account, this data is gone. If your iPhone’s iCloud Backup is on, it may contain the data. 8. Age
STA7US is for people aged 16 and over.
9. Health
STA7US suggests, among other things, cold showers, breathing exercises, training, nutrition and grooming products. This does not replace medical advice. If you have a pre-existing condition, for example of the heart or circulation, talk to a doctor first. Do breathing exercises sitting or lying down, never in water and never while driving. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, are in pain or anything else worries you.
10. Fair use
You use STA7US for yourself. You may not reverse engineer the app, get around the subscription check or resell access.
11. Changes to the app and to these terms
STA7US keeps developing. Features may be added, changed or removed. The current version of these terms is always at sta7us.app/terms-en. We announce material changes in the app or in the release notes on the App Store.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise, the law applies. Your mandatory consumer rights, for example under the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), remain unaffected.
13. Governing law and disputes
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. We do not take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
